National Library Week Closing Ceremony on behalf of Udhagamandalam District Center Library The meeting took place on 20.11.2019. District Collector Mrs. J Innocent Divya presided over the function. The students' art show, disguise contest and Mr. Ramesh's performance were held. At the event, the District Governor presented the shield and certificates to the new patrons of the district center library and the students and students who won the hostel and competitions. District Library Officer Mrs.AJothimani, District Central Librarian Mr.T.P.Ravi, District Government Prosecutor. Mr. Balananthakumar, Reader Circle Chairman, Mr. B. Maniwannan, Vice President Mr.Janarthanan, Librarians, School children, students and many others participated. Library staff made the best arrangements for the event.
